Recently we encountered an issue with my car where the manufacturer charged an exorbitant amount for a part. Joe told me he could make the part himself for about 1/4 of the cost and it would take 2 days. It took him less than 1 day and the part seems just as good, or better, than the manufacturers part. The building has been beautifully remodeled and now the service area opens into the showroom, and has a very nice waiting area - big improvement from the prior set-up. But it's always people that matter at the end of the day, and I've always found every person I've interacted with at Lancaster Mazda to be friendly and professional. In particular my wife and I always seem to get Todd (Coyle) in the Service dept, and Todd is always the consummate professional.
