“First time my wife and I visited. Right next door to the former Wilbur Chocolate Factory on Rte 501. We were seating very quickly in the back room. Even with air conditioning and fans, it was a bit warm but not intolerable. Waitress arrived quickly and took our drink order. When she returned we ordered. The food came out freshly cooked and looked delicious, albeit the portion of my fajitas was smaller than I had anticipated. It was hot and delicious, as were the refried beans and rice. Toppings were a bit limited. We will definitely return to try some of their other dishes.”

There is an opportunity to enhance the way they greet and interact with their customers. When you arrive you should be greeted by friendly staff and you should feel welcomed. Every interaction that is had with the customer should be positive. If they can work on this aspect of the customer experience, I don't see why they cannot be more successful.”

“My husband and I were hesitant to try Mick’s because of all the bad reviews but we really enjoyed it and definitely plan to return. Our server was very nice and efficient. All the food came out piping hot. We got mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, I had fish and chips and my husband got steak fajitas. Both came with a dinner salad. The fish and chips was awesome. Love the fresh cut fries. My husbands fajitas were good and they give you an ample amount of food. My husband had 3 margaritas which were a decent size. The inside is clean and the lighting is beautiful. The deck outside next to the pond is also quite lovely. We will definitely go back again.”

The menu offered many tempting choices of somewhat familiar items, but most with a different twist. The interior atmosphere was charming with low beam ceilings and walls covered with period papers.
