“This place is our go to place for dinner with many many choices on the menu. I have had many different meals and I really don’t remember any of them being sub-par. We were there the other night and I was in the mood for a cheeseburger. Well I wasn’t hungry enough for the huge burger that came out on this amazing bun with its very fresh veggies and extra large order of fries that came with it. I think it was an 8 ounce burger and very juicy and delicious! I have gotten salads as well and the portion sizes have always been too much to eat. Needless to say, I either leave the leftovers behind or take them with (depending on what it is). Mike, the owner is always out on the floor making sure everyone is enjoying theirs meals and greets his guests with a nice smile. The staff is always always pleasant and quick to serve you. All the way down to the bus staff that are very pleasant and make sure your empty plates are cleared off your table as he walks by. The restaurant is always clean and never had any issues with having to wipe crumbs off the seat as I do with some other establishments. Bathrooms are clean as well. When I walk into a restaurant and there is signs of dirt or nasty smells, it always hinders my dining experience and usually is a sure sign the place is not going to be a good stop. I would strongly recommend this diamond to anyone that had not stopped in to eat yet!!!!!!!”

The Indian food they serve here is better than any other you get in Lancaster, by a mile. Their daily buffet is a delight and needless to say, a bargain. “Went here for New Years Eve. It was our first time there. I had a fantastic dinner with my loving significant other. The food was excellent. The service was impeccable. Matt, our server was so excellent. We stayed well past closing time and the servers didn't mind a bit and it was NYE. The owners and chef were the exact same. They were very welcoming and caring. We will definitely return. Must try the fish tacos. They were out of the other appetizer, but in their defense it was New Years Eve and it was almost 9 PM when we ordered. But we had other appetizers that were just as good, but next time we want to try the others in addition to those amazing fish tacos. Excellent Job guys!!!”

Breads and pastries are generally excellent and have a great dark crust (a sign of an artisan bakery that knows what it’s doing). Interesting variety of pastries with Eastern European origins. And the breakfasts are innovative and very good—for when I’m feeling adventurous, I love their birds’ nest bowls with strong veggie flavors and over-easy eggs, and when I want something more comforting, a cup of coffee with an excellent toast or brioche, served with really quality jam and butter, is the perfect simple pleasure. Real food, done superbly. The only trouble is, they’ve cut back their hours recently, so half the time when I have the urge to go there to read over some toast, I can’t. I really hope that will change when the weather improves.”
