I called 1211 Bike and Auto for a state inspection and rotor replacement on my Hyundai Santa Fe. They got me in for an appointment quickly and accommodated my busy work schedule by doing my repair work in the evening and letting me wait for my vehicle instead of having to arrange ride. I was pleasantly surprised that Ken was able to quickly get the parts needed when the entire country is struggling with parts supply shortages right now. Ken was honest about the work needed and the estimate and worked quickly to get the work done. This was my first time using 1211 for work on my vehicle and the reason I chose to call them was because of 2 personal recommendations by others who had a great experience at this shop. I will certainly be going back for future needs, as not only did he surpass my expectations, but it was fairly priced as well.

My mother and I both bring our vehicles to this place and nowhere else. They are very honest, affordable and professional. Not only did they fix some problems caused by another shop but they explained exactly what they did to fix the problem and they never try to push unnecessary upsells like most shops.
