“Yesterday I picked up a huge order, 25 cakes and icing so I could host a cake decorating event. Every step of the process was seamless and friendly. The staff is professional and the products are delicious. When I picked up the order everything was PERFECT and they helped me carry everything out. They got me in for an appointment quickly and accommodated my busy work schedule by doing my repair work in the evening and letting me wait for my vehicle instead of having to arrange ride. I was pleasantly surprised that Ken was able to quickly get the parts needed when the entire country is struggling with parts supply shortages right now. Ken was honest about the work needed and the estimate and worked quickly to get the work done. This was my first time using 1211 for work on my vehicle and the reason I chose to call them was because of 2 personal recommendations by others who had a great experience at this shop.
