(September 27, 2018, 10:20 pm)My loving companion, ezmerelda, had cancer and had to be put down. The whole situation frightened me but I wanted to spend those last precious minutes with her. The staff walked me through the whole process with sensitivity and compassion. They allowed time to be with her before the procedure in a quiet peaceful room. We said our goodbyes and they administered the meds. She closed her eyes, curled up on my lap, and went to sleep. It was a beautiful memory to hang on to. She was creamated and brought home to stay with pictures, paw prints and a card from the staff. You all were wonderful.

(September 10, 2018, 10:54 am)We are on our third family dog and we've always used VCA East Penn Vets. The office staff is always helpful when you need an appointment. The vets and vet techs genuinely care about the animals they treat and always take to time to explain to us what's going on with them.
(August 13, 2018, 11:13 am)I have been taking our dog Samson to this office since he was 8 weeks old. He is always anxious during visits and can be protective of me. Meaning,he doesn't like anyone to take him away from me. Everyone in the office is very aware of this and takes great care of him. All of the staff are very responsive with any questions or concerns. They explain charges fully prior to treatment.
