“Our furnace wasn't working during a cold snap/snow storm on a Saturday morning. Lande sent a technician out to diagnose the issue quick and address it. We didn't necessarily like the end result (new parts required) but that wasn't Lande's fault. Our technician, Kyle, was knowledgeable and really courteous. He offered a clear timeline on repairs and steps to take if we needed additional assistance. We had to use Lande two other times before (heating issues), and we also had very good experiences with them. I cannot recommend them enough.”

I didn't realize how bad a job the first marble contractor did (3 seams, uneven edges, other issues) until I saw the replacement that Prestige performed. “I was fortunate enough to come across J Rosario’s business. I needed to get my second wedding dress hemmed at the bottom. He did amazing work in how he shortened it but still gave length to the back of the dress. I loved the dress so much, it appealed to me more than the actual wedding dress. Unfortunately I had a not so good experience with the seamstress who worked on my actual wedding dress. Long story short, after 6 fittings it was a poor outcome. I panicked and called J Rosario, he was gracious enough to meet with me just before closing. Stayed close to an hour late just to fix and SAVE my wedding dress. Ladies, if you are looking for a professional look no more, especially if you are in need of an experienced tailor for your wedding dress. He strives for perfection. My only regret is not having him work on this dress from the very beginning.”
