“Employees are always friendly and helpful. A few months back I was there when a very irate customer came in. I'm not sure what the issue was exactly but he was acting like a real jerk. Yelling at the tellers and making a big scene. The entire staff, and especially the teller he was working with, kept their cool and remained polite and professional through the whole thing. I would have lost it on the guy but I was very impressed with how they handled him. I've never had a problem with anyone at this branch and it's always a pleasure when I stop in.”
