“Visited the store on Lehigh st. By the South Mall and I was amazed at the service I got from one of the employees. I had been there about a month ago and had a different employee who treated me just as amazing as the first one. “...arrived ten minutes before closing on a Saturday night to drop off a package and print from my email (rude of me, but I was in a pinch). I finished a few minutes after they closed only to realize that the computer printing seemed to have greatly overcharged. The print department head and store manager both were very kind, helpful, and understanding. They refunded the over charge happily and with a smile wished me well! Thank you! : )”
