“Bunch of crybabies. Pack your lunch and go to sleep upon arrival. Yeah it’s a long wait, so what? You know this happens often in mega sized warehouses. You should have read the google reviews before coming. But honestly the time waiting here is true from what others have stated. If you work at Prime Inc you can be lucky at times with preloaded trailers and sometimes not. I’m use to the long wait and taking this load with deadhead totaling 150 miles for $1200 wasn’t so bad for a load to plug-in for pay week before the next day work week starts. Arrived at 2pm and loaded at 9pm. Normal to me but not to others. Welcome to Pennsylvania crybabies! Get the max amount of money for these loads so the load time don’t bother you. Cha Ching!”

“We recently ordered a large quantity of pallet shelving and other office materials. I didn't like how the drivers were NOT helpful at all and couldn't suggest anything better when my interior design staff were confused on the setup. Despite ordering shelving in different footage lengths, there should be directions to this or at least a diagram to refer to. There wasn't anything! I am still giving them 5 STARS because of the customer service!!! One call, you immediately speak to a Uline customer service rep. Unreal. They're patient, extremely knowledgeable and work with you to resolve the issue(s) or questions. Great service and pretty good pricing too!
