The mower itself is a great piece of machinery. It has done everything it is suppose to do with zero issues. Most importantly, the support from Matt and his team has been great. They do quick turns on their annual service and at a very reasonable price. The highlight of his commitment to his customers occurred this past year. I was out of the country when my father-in-law called and said the mower hydraulics stopped working and the mower was stuck at the back of our lot. It took only one call to Matt from Iceland and he drove to my house with a spare tractor, towed my machine to his trailer, brought it to his shop and returned it within a couple of days. it turned out only to be a drive belt. This type of service is hard to find. Thank you!”

“Bunch of crybabies. Pack your lunch and go to sleep upon arrival. Yeah it’s a long wait, so what? You know this happens often in mega sized warehouses. You should have read the google reviews before coming. But honestly the time waiting here is true from what others have stated. If you work at Prime Inc you can be lucky at times with preloaded trailers and sometimes not. I’m use to the long wait and taking this load with deadhead totaling 150 miles for $1200 wasn’t so bad for a load to plug-in for pay week before the next day work week starts. Arrived at 2pm and loaded at 9pm. Normal to me but not to others. Welcome to Pennsylvania crybabies! Get the max amount of money for these loads so the load time don’t bother you. Cha Ching!”
