I didn't like how the drivers were NOT helpful at all and couldn't suggest anything better when my interior design staff were confused on the setup. Despite ordering shelving in different footage lengths, there should be directions to this or at least a diagram to refer to. There wasn't anything! I am still giving them 5 STARS because of the customer service!!! One call, you immediately speak to a Uline customer service rep. Unreal. They're patient, extremely knowledgeable and work with you to resolve the issue(s) or questions. Great service and pretty good pricing too! We ordered food from an amazing pizza place the hotel recommended who delivered right to us. The staff was very helpful in getting us some additional chairs for our guests. “I really enjoyed my breakfast. I had the coconut pancakes and they were very good. Obviously in Pennsylvania, the coconut isn't going to be straight from the tree, but I was very happy with my choice and the pancakes were very good. I also had two scrambled eggs (which were straight from the hen), sausage, and home fries. It was probably too much for me to eat, but I was a member of the clean plate club because everything was good. Good food, at a good price served by a very friendly and attentive wait staff. I am glad to have a new go-to place for breakfast.”
