“Brandon was very helpful and non-pushy, he had a thorough knowledge of the stock and styles in their large store. I ended up going to some other local stores as well, after looking here, but came back and specifically asked for Brandon due to his efforts and knowledge. I'm very happy with what I bought, it goes very well with our other furniture. If I need more furniture, this will be my first stop, and I'll be looking for the same guy to work with. “Best Buy is trying to evolve with times and survive I guess. A very different look. Entire product lines have disappeared and replaced by new ones. I was looking for an external memory drive. The store was empty. I was able to find an associate to help me with questions and pick one from a narrow selection. Price was reasonable I thought. I had to return it a few days later because it turned out that I didn't need it, which I did. The associates were pleasant and the process was very easy. Overall a great experience.”

“Shopped a few other stores looking for a new mattress. This was by far the most helpful and pleasant experience of any of them. Our salesman Joe was very nice and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. The system for finding a good mattress for your needs is really cool and doesn't take long. Got a price we are happy with the mattress we chose. We got free delivery too which is awesome. If any problems occur with delivery I'll update but would definitely recommend mattress warehouse for anyone in the market for a mattress.”
