I bought a beautiful blue sweater, but when I got home I realized my hands turned blue after handling it! I did return it and they took it back no issue. “Best Buy is trying to evolve with times and survive I guess. A very different look. Entire product lines have disappeared and replaced by new ones. I was looking for an external memory drive. The store was empty. I was able to find an associate to help me with questions and pick one from a narrow selection. Price was reasonable I thought. I had to return it a few days later because it turned out that I didn't need it, which I did. The associates were pleasant and the process was very easy. Overall a great experience.”

“Love to look around. There is so much to see besides books. My 13 year old daughter loves to spend hours just looking. The store is very clean and well stocked. We love the employees. It is rare that we find a place that does not have at least one rude employee. The store is easy to see from high way. There are two doors to get into the store. One from the parking lot and one from inside the mall. Prices can be high but the price is worth it,”

“Shopped a few other stores looking for a new mattress. This was by far the most helpful and pleasant experience of any of them. Our salesman Joe was very nice and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. The system for finding a good mattress for your needs is really cool and doesn't take long. Got a price we are happy with the mattress we chose. We got free delivery too which is awesome. If any problems occur with delivery I'll update but would definitely recommend mattress warehouse for anyone in the market for a mattress.”
