“I had a backed up drain that needed quick attention. I called up 3 different plumbers in the area, all calls rolled into voice mail. Within 30 minutes, Mike Long called back and asked if I needed immediate attention. I said no and scheduled him for the next day. He arrived on time and did the job very quickly. His price was reasonable. The other 2 plumbers have yet to call me back. I'd highly recommend Mike Long.”

He and his father (deceased) are probably the most honest people you will ever meet. Since his sisters have left the business noticeable change has taken place. Also I have had discussion with Bill in reference to his brothers wife. As mentioned in your reviews she really does not belong there and really has no knowledge or bedside manner in the boating business. What's the guy supposed to do? He definitely needs to remove her from the business but the home life wouldn't be easy LOL!. Just deal with Bill SR. And ignore the Brothers wife. “So I have to state that I love car auctions. Researching cars and inspecting them and assessing the market value and what my bid will be. I have gone for 3 cars there so far. 2 good and 1 lemon so it's at your own risk. This is one of the very few open public auctions. That being said. Wednesdays are the bigger auctions with three lanes of cars. Kinda crazy and overwhelming if you're not an industry person. Sat is smaller and usually the leftovers from Wednesday so if you can attend a Wednesday night auction it's better. The staff is informative and nice. Really a great group of people to ask questions and be assisted throughout the process.”

“We have always loved our La-Z—Boy furniture and recliners for style, comfort, and durability, and now I am a huge fan of their customer service. In a few weeks we are preparing to relocate from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to Michigan and we stopped by the Whitehall store to check out recliners in anticipation of purchasing one in Michigan after our move. We were greeted at the door by the most incredible sales person, a gentleman by the name of Scott. We explained our situation and that we were not looking to purchase until after our move and he still treated us like royalty. He was extremely helpful in showing us around and when we found a recliner that we liked, he said that he would hate to see us wait to make a custom order after our arrival in Michigan, which would delay our delivery by at least three to four additional weeks. Even though Scott would not get any sort of commission, he coordinated our purchase with a store in Michigan and we place the order in the Whitehall store. The store was very busy, but Scott still spent time to ensure our needs were met. He was extremely gracious and selfless to do this and give up the opportunity for other commissions. If anyone visits the Whitehall (Allentown), Pennsylvania La-Z-Boy store, you must ask for Scott as he is the best! Scott epitomizes customer service and La-Z-Boy should be very happy to have him representing their brand.”
