He and his father (deceased) are probably the most honest people you will ever meet. Since his sisters have left the business noticeable change has taken place. Also I have had discussion with Bill in reference to his brothers wife. As mentioned in your reviews she really does not belong there and really has no knowledge or bedside manner in the boating business. What's the guy supposed to do? He definitely needs to remove her from the business but the home life wouldn't be easy LOL!. Just deal with Bill SR. And ignore the Brothers wife.
