“John installed a chimney insert a few years back. He did a quality job for a reasonable price. About two years later we somehow started getting some groundwater leaking through the chimney. Let me be clear, this was through no fault of John's. Groundwater around my house is a reoccurring problem. John went above and beyond to help figure out what was going on, try a few different things, and ultimately help us to solve the problem. He visited the house a few times and kept in touch via text message. John spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out the problem and charged us a reasonable fee. I appreciate John's helping us to figure out the problem, and he clearly went above and beyond!”
