Even though I did not know they were running a special discounted price for July he offered it up. He arrived promptly and was ready to go at the appointed time. Following the inspection, he went over any issues, walked me around the property point them out and then answered every question I had (being from the left coast, I had a ton concerning the heating, structure and septic). He was efficient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He promised the report the next morning and it was delivered promptly.
