“Chris came out to check our rental property. Him and his assistant thoroughly checked the property inside and out. He verified there were no signs of any current infestations and that the property had already been treated. He educated us regarding signs of possible termites and so forth. He was professional and extremely honest. Although we asked about having the property treated again he said it wasn't warranted due to no actual pests being present, which is a true sign of his character and honesty. We will definitely use them in the future for annual inspections and highly recommend.”
