“These guys are Fantastic. BE PATIENT WITH THEM ! I called in when my furnace would not start. I was on a list , as 90 other people were, without heat when the cold snap first hit the area. I have a gas furnace, and I could not get it to light. They respond to the calls in the order they are taken! SO.....I WAITED MY TURN, it did take a few days, and sure enough, they called me and came out that same hour. Not only did they check my furnace, all the connections, the chimney, they got the furnace lit, and also tested the thermostat, which btw -was also on its way out ! While they were there they replaced it for me. I was so happy as this is something I would have not thought to check right away !! Now everything is working great! I am so happy I chose them. I will call them for everything in the future and will not hesitate to refer them other people.”
