We were concerned about colors for our new bistro set matching our existing patio furniture, but our concern was alleviated by Jay bringing up a sample piece to see how well it worked in our home. Also, it only took a little longer than a week for our special order furniture to arrive. Great outfit with which to do business!

(July 29, 2018, 11:56 am)This has been a year of planning for no maintenance for us. After having our wooden deck replaced with composite, it was now time to shop for furniture. Thanks to a TV clip we saw, we headed to Land and Lake Patio. We had an idea of what we wanted, but not exactly. After stepping foot inside Land and Lake Patio, and a conversation with Jay about our options, we knew that this was the store where we wanted to buy our furniture. After a few days of discussions and having all our questions answered, we sealed the deal. To our amazement and delight, the furniture was received at the store and delivered to our house (by Jay and his son) in 10 days! The furniture is a perfect addition to our deck. Our experience far exceeded our expectations and we have begun to spread the word!

Not only is the furniture gorgeous and of very high quality, but the owner was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and very patient as we had to delay delivery of our furniture because of work being done at our home. Jay (the owner) delivered the furniture, along with his son... they set everything up exactly how we wanted it and made she we were happy with everything before he left. Definitely a 5 star experience all around!!
