All we had to do was hook up our insurance and sign the papers at the dealership and we were done. Brad Dwyer was my sales representative and he wasn't pushy, but professional and yes, funny. He took his time walking me through the entire vehicle. He pointed out and explained every button, navigation and even took the time to sync up my phone. He also took care of a minor issue with the tire air indicator, made sure the oil was changed and filled the tank with gas. It is a GORGEOUS car and I am so happy with it!”

“So I will say that I can’t speak to the service dept other than the fact that the 2015 X1 I bought was very well serviced. But if you are looking for a sales team that will work hard for you and do whatever they can do to put you in a beautiful car, then choose these guys. The whole team I dealt with, led by Billy and Dan, was responsive, enormously helpful, friendly, and stand by the purchase long after you’ve left. I drove 5 hours down to Wilkes Barre to buy an X1, all the way from the Boston area (no shortage of BMW dealerships here) because 1. They had the exact car I wanted, 2. They had it at a great price and 3. I was just so impressed with the no-pressure sales team. Honestly, when it’s time to trade this one in, I’ll be back, despite the drive. I am beyond pleased with my buying experience and my vehicle. “The Berretta brothers that run this place are lifesavers! We just moved here from Germany and were pre-approved for a loan. We already knew we only wanted to buy a KIA, because we love our 2013 Forte. We were turned down by Planet KIA because we didn't have Pennsylvania drivers license or address. My husband has military orders so it was legal, but they still wouldn't help us. I was in tears! Luckily the next day we went to Wyoming Valley KIA and they knew how to write up the paperwork legally. They gave us a military discount and an incredible price on the car we wanted. They also put on cartoons for our son and had cookies and drinks. We left with a brand new beautiful car that was clean and had a full tank of gas.
