But today it really wasn't that busy and the waitress was not attenditive pretty slow actually not that friendly and even when told I was ready to order or pay she took her time and was slow. I gave the min tip today. Normally I tip high for the better waiters and waitresses. She didn't care to up sell anything and I've noticed they never offer steak sauce A1 anymore on their own you always have to ask for it yourself. Still a bonus as always is the veterans discount!!!!”

The food ranks number 1 in all categories, the service is top notch, everyone is so friendly and I find myself eating either breakfast lunch or dinner there about 3 days a week. “What a great spot in Wilkes-Barre! This had been on our list to check out for awhile and we finally got the chance to go and I wish we hadn't waited so long! We had two orders of the mac n' cheese and were extremely surprised at the portion size. The order size is enough to share, or one if you're extremely hungry. Otherwise, prepare to have leftovers. We also had the pretzel app to start with beer cheese and this was another app that we would recommend. We did the flight of 12 beers and the portions were good and it was definitely enough to split between two people. The selections were plentiful, even when we were in the last hour before closing. Great spot if you want to have some drinks with friends and possibly tack on some food. They also have Tesla Destination Chargers, which was cool. One of our new favorites in the area.”

Waited over an hour for our food, the waitress who I won’t name had a pocket ticket, didn’t apologize about it... some food was cold or noticeably sitting in the warmer window.. My sister dined here the same night and also waited over an hour for food. It’s understandable if food runs late, I work in the food business BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, give some notice. Be transparent. Our server would’ve gotten a 20%+ tip if she did her job & wasn’t so concerned about getting off of work to drink. She could’ve also not rushed us out the door by asking us every two minutes if we needed anything at the end of our meal. Like we get it, we’re one of your last tables BUT we’re a party of 11... you could’ve earned over $100 in tips from us alone if you did an excellent job. Sad that we will likely only do take out from this place or just order from the bar only. Seems like the patrons there had priority with their “Togo orders” versus patrons who actually dined in their establishment from the explanation we got from our server as to why our food was running late. I hope this reaches the two owners who actively work there, “an informed guest is a happy guest”.”
