  Great yoga teachers that relate to the needs of all students. Not just yoga either. Community connection opportunities through tea gatherings with experts to moderate discussions, meditations, hiking, trainings. "Good Energy" without any "woo woo". And, they offer a wide variety of yoga classes for every level as well as every body. Join the conversation. Prices are very reasonable, location is clean, well lit with no florescent lights, big and private in back of the lovely Castle Rock Inn.

  I attended a numerology workshop and OMG mind blown! For $40 I ate a so delicious yummy lunch of rice with vegetables, dal and several other vegetarian dishes that was made by Anu. And she made with it with Love! The secret ingredient. She reminded us to eat mindfully.
  
  Then as soon as Seemaji started to speak I went for my notebook and wrote down all the wisdom she said. I would share it here but I think it would be better for you to go and take a class/workshop. Nicole and Nadya, the owners, are lovely people. They too bring a lot of love to what they do.
  
  Am definitely going to come back in spite the 1 hour drive I have to make. That place is a second home now.

  After practicing Yoga for many years, this studio stands out as one of the most inviting with knowledgeable and creative teachers. As a dude, I was comfortable with the industrial yet Earthy vibe and the students (mostly ladies), were welcoming.
