I received a mailing from Ted and decided to give him a chance. THE BEST THING I EVER DID. He sold both my houses at the FOUR SEASON at CAMELBACK. Listen to Ted when he tells you how to list your house. Friends of mine had the same situation gave Ted the listing and it sold. THANK YOU TED. I tell you over and over and again how great you are and caring. You do more than any other broker I know. And I have sold a lot of homes you are number one. You should open a school. GREAT JOB.
