(May 24, 2018, 5:14 pm)These guys are honest and hardworking!!! I recently had a small electrical fire that was caused by a thermostat. I was lucky enough to get home in time to stop the fire from burning down my house.
I called another service provider and got a quote for 5500. i obviously wanted a second opinion. I called Hartmann electrical contracting and spoke to a woman at the office who said she wanted me to speak with tom the owner. He was nice enough to call me the same day and asked about what happened and we talked about the incident with the other provider. After sending him pictures of the damage to his personal cell phone - look at that service people- he suggested i make an appointment. I scheduled the appointment and was told they would be at my house from 830 to 9. Stephen showed up at 835 on the date of appointment - I was already impressed. Stephen was a true professional. He got to my house and already knew what he needed to do- from his conversation he had with Tom before he arrived. It took him 2.5 hours or so to correct all of the damage. and the total cost was was under 300 dollars. Tom and Stephen saved me more than 5K. and the work was done right and Stephen took the time to explain what he was doing and really made me feel at ease with the process. I cannot thank them enough for everything and will use them as a trusted provider in the future when other things pop up. If you need an electrician in the poconos call these guys, they are amazing.
