After waiting all day for another company to show up (which they never did), I called the R.J. Groner office at around 6:15 pm. The office lady was very courteous when taking my info and said a technician would call me back. The technician, John, called me back very soon and came to my home in about 45 minutes. I am very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. He checked and rechecked many different things on the system and now I am very comfortable at home with heat to spare.
