“This Doctor is excellent. He takes his time and is extremely thorough. He does not rush you through an assembly line like many do nowadays. The downside of his practice is getting in touch directly with his Office. There is an unbelievably long list of options to get through to just leave a message. There is NO direct line (I'm aware of) to call his Office and speak to a human. It is extremely frustrating. If this guy was not such a good Physician, I would have quit going to him due to their horrible communications set up. Bill Bizzozero”

“I've driven my mother in law to 2 appointments here in the last 2 weeks, and they're a happy, upbeat group of people. They see us (a patient with 2 people following) and immediately (and happily) pull an extra chair into the exam room. They include us, and they make all three of us smile and laugh while dealing with this crappy thing--the necessary foot surgery. They're SUCH a pleasant, capable group. When my mother in law compares this surgery done by these people to a surgery she had ... I think it was last year, but maybe 2016, by a DIFFERENT surgeon, this one is going more smoothly. They also seem to care more. At the others doctor's office, we were rushed through and given a max of five minutes with a doctor in the room. Here, they take their time and care about their patients. We always leave with a smile on our faces, even if my mother in law has to have a cast on longer than she anticipated (which she hates). Eddie is definitely our favorite face (and the MIL's favorite cast-cutter-offer). And to add clarification to someone else's review--there IS a very easily seen elevator. You open the door and enter the building, and there are stairs to the right, and signs pointing to an elevator to the left/straight back. :)”

“After many months of shopping for an engagement ring, learning the values and frustrations with chain stores I decided to visit Chiccarine's. Soon as walking in I was pleasantly greeted by Paul, the owner and he had just what I was looking for. I was astounded at the Gabriel & Co. Collection. He took the time and patience to hear me out and we covered all bases. I later did a bit of research, narrowing the ring down (with some assistance from my now, fiance) while misleading her :) . She went in days later, unbeknown to me and Paul took great care of her narrowing the selection. He then called me, had the exact diamond I was after shipped in and told me the ring my fiance liked best. I went to look, the price was fantastic and the business is really what made the deal. It came in early, he called me soon as it was ready and I proposed early..... my girl was some surprised and astounded, gorgeous piece it is. She went back within a week, as Paul had requested, everything was in great shape, but I was a tad big on size. Their in house gemologist resized it in a flash and they gave here some gold backings for a set of gold stud diamond earrings a big box store had previously given my fiance Silver (they identified and which irritates her skin)...... All around fantastic jeweler, all knowledge and helpful employees with great products at very fair prices. You have earned our business for years to come.... Thank you so much.”
