“We have been with Panda Bear for over 3 years. We have 3 children ages 4- 10. Our 4 year old and 6 year old boys are autistic. Dr. Dominy has always been professional, caring and thorough in each visit to the office. I ask a lot of questions especially when it comes to my boys and treatments, diets development etc. I have never felt rushed or discounted. I feel that Dr. Dominy answers all my questions and refers me to our developmental pediatrician at CHOP for anything she is unsure of or is beyond her expertise. This is a doctors job, to advise on those areas that they are educated in and to refer you to a specialist for those they are not. I appreciate that and trust our relationship more because of it. I am always amazed each and every time I call someone answers the phone (previous experience with other offices included very long wait times and voice messaging systems) I am able to get a sick appointment same day, yes I may have to go to a different location than I am accustomed too but when my child is sick and it is last minute I don't mind the extra few minutes to the other office. The office staff are also amazing, all pleasant, helpful and process paperwork right away, no waiting for referrals or call backs. I have requested several referrals and they are handled quickly and accurately. Billing has always been accurate as well (again previous experiences billing was terrible) I will note that often there are student doctors present, I do not mind this and they are always courteous and professional. You may ask not to have them examine your child if you prefer. I do this for my one son as the exams can be stressful for him. Overall I like to see the that the office supports a learning environment. We are very happy with Panda Bear and would recommend to anyone looking for a pediatrician.”
