Hatfield Village Apartments

I definitely would recommend taking the time to see if everything that comes with renting these places meet your needs! It is a bit pricey but overall so many different things come along with that. Pool, trails, landscaping, great parking etc. my neighbors in my building are very nice and everyone seems very respectful! They also are wonderful to help when any type of issues occur. I am hoping I can continue my residency in this community 😊

The apartment isn't bad for what it is. Remember though, this is a relatively expensive area to live in. So, people moving from a less expensive area might be surprised at what they get for what they pay. The amenities are nice enough, but the only thing really used by most is the Amazon Hub. Past that, it is crowded and can be noisy. Hatfield Village is more or less some of the least expensive apartments in the area, and if you look closer you'll notice it's not as nice as it first looks. For instance, there is only one set of washers and dryers per building. On a side note, we have found that Maintenance is pretty responsive and the Leasing Office gets back to us quickly. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

It is very quiet and peaceful. Parking is ok. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. The office keeps tenants updated on the community events and any problems that may arise. Only issue I have is that our shower continuously have problems. It need to be totally replaced. -

The community is quiet and well maintained. The apartments are well designed, the fixtures are modern. Flooring is attractive and easy to maintain. Maintenance requests are answered promptly and resolved quickly. Maintenance department is well run and the staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The lease is clear and includes an exact % increase in rent for renewal. Leasing staff is helpful and courteous. An extraordinary number of people wo work here live here.
