“I was disappointed to see the review from Sheena. Although I know that is possibly the case with some realtors, there may have been other circumstances that caused a disconnect. Up front, my husband is a ReMax realtor. Some of our best friends have come from people he has sold a home to. He maintains a relationship with nearly all his clients because he really does care about them. I'm glad Sheena liked her realtor but if I were her I would express my disappointment to her realtor directly - it's possible there was a personal matter that occured that prevented her from reconnecting after the settlement. It's always a good policy to do some due-dilligence, especially since it's not always easy to find a really good, thorough realtor. If this one did the job and then just simply moved on, shame on her for losing what could have been a good continuing relationship!”

“I definitely would recommend taking the time to see if everything that comes with renting these places meet your needs! It is a bit pricey but overall so many different things come along with that. Pool, trails, landscaping, great parking etc. my neighbors in my building are very nice and everyone seems very respectful! They also are wonderful to help when any type of issues occur. I am hoping I can continue my residency in this community 😊”
