“Absolutely a beautiful showroom and beautiful pieces. Marlene assisted me showing their products. They have a lot of gorgeous lightings. All their products have QR codes to look up the product info and pricing. I was informed that most of their products are handmade to order. So keep in mind this is high end products. I was hoping their custom order would have a faster time frame but it seems to be about the same as to other companies like Rejuvenation or PotteryBarn or Allmodern. They have two floors to browse through. It appeared they also had an appliance section which is nice and open. Lots of selections. I did not purchase anything from there but I am going to view their website when I have It’s time.”

“I went to EDS TV to inquire about a movie theater room. James was very helpful in showing me all the options available and what would work best for my space. James put together a full package for the best price. The day before the installation I also added a TV, mount, and behind wall wiring for my sons room. James was able to accommodate this request with less than 24 hours before install. Mark and Tom arrived on time for the install. They were very courteous and respectful of my house being sure to keep all the work areas clean. Install went smooth and everything looks great. Mark and Tim made sure to explain the projector, sounds system, and Roku operation to us using the universal remote. “Yesterday I ventured a little further from home to try a different Chinese food place and in my good fortune found Chinatown in Hatfield. Ordered our customary dishes (6 different quarts), and we were very pleased with the food, speed of the order (takeout) and over packed sizes of each entree, which meant plenty of leftovers. Seasoning and taste were perfect and not overcooked! Portions of meat and chicken in each were very generous. Now our number one Chinese food restaurant despite the longer drive.”

Updated 2/28/20- The car mentioned above needed an expensive transmission control part. Without getting into the logistical details, Holly (in Service) went extremely above and beyond to help make this happen as painless as possible. Highly recommend Holly and this service team!! Updated 12/1/20- That transmission part was actually a module which when defective causes the transmission to reduce gears on you, preventing normal driving, and the dashboard lights go a bit crazy. Unfortunately the same part became defective while on a large highway. Holly and team quickly repaired/replaced the part (under warrantee) the next day. Appreciate their service. Updated Aug 12, 2021- Once again Holly (in Service) and Devon made quick work (at the last minute) of creating a key to get us back on the road. Highly recommend this service group.”
