I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them patiently and thoroughly. You can tell she has such passion for her work and it showed by how she assisted me. I was shown the whole nursery on all things that could work and what wouldn't. I've now put in everything I purchased and am extremely happy with the choices she helped me pick out. I usually don't do reviews but this I had to, because it was truly one of the best customer service I've ever experienced in any industry. “I am truly impressed by this store. Been in multiple times and have always had a great experience. Have gotten floral arrangements for a number of events and bought gifts for the holidays. They provide the highest level of attention; quality and service. I haven't always known what I am looking for in terms of flowers and the owner is willing to take the time to show me ideas from past work or from other sources. She was patient and only concerned that I be happy with the final arrangements - the quality and uniqueness of the flowers were amazing. My family was blown away with the results - beautiful flowers that lasted a really long time. Some of the arrangements were posted on their Instagram site. They have a high attention to detail. I didn't do it; but they will apparently text you an image of the final work to ensure you are comfortable with what is to be delivered - love that. Will go back!”
