“I recently visited HAC with my friend as a guest, as he has a membership. Upon entering the establishment, we were both greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I had a Planet Fitness membership a long time ago, so I was expecting something similar. No. The machines themselves seem more high tech in general. I don't think there was a speck of dust in the locker room, which was astonishing to walk into. There was even a (I'm guessing here) post workout relaxation area complete with a TV and several chairs. If I was into the gym lifestyle, I would definitely go here.”

Great trainers who really motivate me to give it my all. Love that it’s a different workout every day that I can accomplish in 30 minutes. There really are no excuses. I used to fight at different gyms but the coaches at RFC truly care about their members. The instruction is high quality and the coaches are right there to push you to be your best. No matter the class I go to each week, I always have fun and get a great workout.”
