The main room was super clean and the staff - including the owner who was behind the desk and who helped me - was very friendly. The emailed report about the car is very detailed and easy to understand. The final total was exactly as expected. It took about 90 minutes from dropping the car off to picking it up. So, professional & friendly staff, a hands-on owner, clean public areas, excellent value for the work that was done, and great communication both before and after the appointment. “We used Ms. Buttercream for my daughter's first birthday smash cake, as well as the smash cake for her first birthday photos. They were INCREDIBLE to work with. My daughter has dietary restrictions and we needed a dairy-free, low sugar cake for her. I called 6 bakeries, grocery stores, etc. and none could/would accommodate the request. Ms. Buttercream listened to our needs, was transparent that they havent worked with the ingredients I had requested, but that they would be willing to try it out for us; and they did NOT disappoint. The cakes were DELICIOUS and absolutely stunning. We couldn't be happier and I will be using them for all celebrations moving forward.”
