Once we made our decision, Tyler informed us that it would be a while so we went out for lunch. When we returned we found that there were technical issues so we left and agreed to return the next business day. Bergey's appreciated our situation and rewarded us for our time. “Doug won me over the first time that I saw him for some pain that I was feeling in my shoulder. He spent an hour examining me and asking questions about my problem. After all that time he determined that while he was unable to determine the cause of my problem, he was confident that it was not a chiropractic issue and recommended I visit my GP for x-rays. So many chiropractors will recommend a dozen adjustment sessions no matter what your problem is, but not Doug. I have also been impressed when visiting him for other issues and he is often able to identify the exact location of my pain by carefully palpating the area. It's uncanny. I have visited other chiropractors in hopes of finding one closer to home, but the others have made me understand why many people think chiropractors are charlatans. Don't waste your time anywhere else and stop here.”

“Excellent experience from beginning to end. Their marketing director updated a coupon for state inspection and emission so that I could use it, which was amazing. The main room was super clean and the staff - including the owner who was behind the desk and who helped me - was very friendly. The emailed report about the car is very detailed and easy to understand. The final total was exactly as expected. It took about 90 minutes from dropping the car off to picking it up. So, professional & friendly staff, a hands-on owner, clean public areas, excellent value for the work that was done, and great communication both before and after the appointment.
