They were not in stock and were on clearance so he actually called the NYC store and had them sent to my house. We then moved on to shoes and again Michael was very helpful. I left the store with 2 pairs of shoes, an order for my new suit pants, and tracking number in hand to follow my NYC shipment. Great experience and will definitely return for future menswear needs.
