(December 15, 2018, 8:16 am)Giving this rating a 4 star over a 3 star rating because our sales person. We worked with Jodi Law and she was fantastic. Knowledgable, helpful, no pressure, and very friendly. If dealing with this dealership I recommend you ask for her.
Another positive was the dealer's willingness to work on the price. When all was done we got a great price for our vehicle. We purchased a 2014 1 owner Subaru Outback. This was recently traded and hadn't even been through the shop yet or prepared for sale. As a former car salesman I did my own market research. The car was already priced between $600 - $1000 below comparable vehicles in the market. Still they worked with us on price and we got about another $600 off the asking
price.
These are what will have me looking to come back to this dealer for my next vehicle. Very happy with those experiences. If the rating was just based on those 2 factors I would give 5 stars. However there are 3 reasons I would have rated 3 stars.
1. When we picked up the car it only had a half tank of gas. Again as a former car salesman we always gave the customer who just purchased from us a full tank of gas.
2. The detail cleaning was not very good at all. Was still dirt on the rims, dirt in some of the handles, glass was dirty, armor all splatter, etc. Wife even commented to me "Wow, you will have to finish the detail work." I will be bringing it in my garage to clean it the right way.
3. The finance guy who did all the paperwork (I think his name was Greg) was miserable! Never smiled once, was not pleasant at all. When we did not purchase an extended warranty he was rude. He was tossing things around on his desk. I honestly was getting close to asking him if there was an issue. If you do purchase from this dealership be prepared for this. I suggest requesting to have your salesperson with you when signing the paperwork.
Again because of Jodi Law and the sales experience I will be looking to come back and I would recommend this dealership.

(November 24, 2018, 4:26 pm)Very good experience. joyclyn and Jim in sales were very patient and friendly. There was absolutely no hard pressure placed on us. They matched another dealer price and although the 2019 subaru we wanted was not in stock. They found the vehicle we wanted and had it for us within 3 days. Dan in finance was just as friendly as the members of the sales team that we dealt with. Please do not overlook this Subaru dealership just because they may not have the inventory of size of a lot of the other dealers. They can compete in price and service.
