“I came to Vivo Infusion Center for the first time today. I had a great experience. Kathleen my nurse was very knowledgeable. She also took the extra step of doing a new set of labs she had not done and made sure she went the extra mile of obtaining what she needed and read through everything that was required so that I would avoid another stick and also avoid having to go somewhere to have it done. She made sure I had hydration and snacks to make my infusion stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. Denkera the front desk person was also extremely pleasant and relayed messages to me from my PRO Judith Hill. She was also amazing and ensured I had everything in place for my copay cards and payments to reduce my financial obligation to the minimally necessary. I am so impressed with Vivo!!! “I was here at noon on August 2 with my 10-year-old son. The staff was very patient with him while he decided what he wanted (he had never been to KFC before). A younger man with a beard and a cap on, and a woman with auburn hair, were especially kind and friendly. The food came out quickly and was very good. We both ordered crispy chicken, and the breading was crispy while the chicken retained enough moisture. The restaurant was clean, and the napkins and utensils were well stocked. My son loved the food and the people so much that he is looking forward to coming again soon. and he’s a picky eater to begin with! Big thank you to this KFC location.”
