When they did come they came on-time (even early if I was ready), were extremely helpful in explaining exactly what they would be doing, why they would be doing it, and what we could expect to see over the coming days. Kyle was awesome at explaining the different materials being used for treatment and just how safe these were. While taking care of the ants Kyle gave some other pointers to keep other critters away and was incredibly kind and polite. “My experience with Jeff was great. He came to our home on time and even offered to wear a mask and shoe covers over his boots. He was very informative regarding the millipedes in our basement. He also shared his expertise about pest control products and which are the most effective at keeping pests away. We could not be more pleased with the results. Our son’s life coach is Bronwyn Bergen. I can’t say enough of what she has done for our son. She has a beautiful way of connecting with him. At first we were concerned because of the zoom/phone, however it’s worked out so well! She has improved his self esteem, she sets goals for him, she helps him to look at things in a positive light. We had sent him to therapy and it wasn’t what he needed for his particular issues. We needed him to learn about self esteem and positive self talk, or even how to deal with disagreements with friends. She helps him to effectively communicate his thoughts and solve issues in a clear manner. Also it is fabulous for him to have someone other than us to open up to! I truly feel blessed that we found him! We have seen a major improvement him!!! We love Bronwyn!!!”
