I learned the difference between what appears to be the same item at a big box store is NOT the same as the much higher quality item Weinstein in Collegeville sells. We had two sinks installed-the plumber needed one more drain and just picked it up at a big box store, the other drain from Weinstein-the big box store drain chipped paint (it's black) within a few months, and the Weinstein drain still looks brad spanking new- even though Weinstein didn't supply that broken drain they still helped us out with it-superb customer service. You don't get that just anywhere-only at Weinstein in Collegeville! Thank you, thank you!”

“Had a fantastic experience and is at the top of my list of places to return. Right from the start the place was clean and well lit. welcoming atmosphere and pleasant music. The menu selection had everything you could want for ice cream and water ice. Sadly only a few donuts were left out on display but the one I had was above and beyond expectations. The service was fairly fast for a full store and few staff. I was properly and kindly greeted. They even asked my name which made me feel like a true local and connected with my community. One of the two staff was a gentleman who was a Marine veteran. They are using up to date modern equipment for order taking and payment such as a tablet system. The water ice was so perfect and better then anywhere I've ever had including the top names in water ice. My family had nothing but good things to say about their ice cream dishes. You have the option to sit inside or outside. The prices are a little higher then I would expect but well worth it and we surely will return.”

“Very clean. Pleasant and responsible staff. We have a storage locker plus we store our travel trailer there. Alan, the manager, called us the other day to let us know that the steps to our travel trailer were down. Who does that these days? My only complaint is that I would like the travel trailer spot to be a little wider. Most facilities are 10' wide and this is only 9". It makes a difference when you need to get in and out of a trailer.”

“If you need produce, this is the place! I drive from Plymouth Meeting every weekend bc it's really so worth it. You leave with a massive box of fresh fruits and veggies for 20 bucks easily. The produce is incredibly affordable, fresh and ripe and the place is run by good people. I get all my friends hooked on Jim and Ralph's and they're always impressed and grateful for it. There's just something really satisfying and refreshing about leaving with a weeks worth of healthy food or snacks for less than you'd pay for one nights takeout. Win...”

“From initial pick-up of my Cub Cadet 33" Walk-behind to final delivery of the repaired machine CDI and their mechanics were nothing less than EXCELLENT – this shop is the best! I struggled to find a repair shop for over one year since there was damage to the frame and no mechanic wanted to touch it. My frustration led me to consider retiring the machine and buying a new one. The challenging repairs were not an issue for CDI, and an outstanding solution was recommended and applied … and for a reasonable and fair price. My lawnmower came back repaired, updated, and actually cleaned … it looked new! Just finished cutting the lawn and the machine is in excellent condition.
