He called to arrange for a plumber to come the next day and said that he would personally brief him. He also volunteered to do our heating maintenance for us while he was there, even though my scheduled appt was not until November. He is the best!”

What I came to discover, when the owner called me back, was that Whipoorwill is no longer in business. Apparently, places like, Michael's, JoAnn & AC Moore, were too much competition price wise for this independent business to continue to flourish. Terribly sad, all the way around.
