Phoenix Rehabilitation just started offering message therapy and it is great! I just had my appointment with Anthony and I feel wonderful. One of the best messages I have ever experienced. This is no surprise since I had such a great experience with Allison the PT earlier this year. If you are injured or stressed, Phoenix is a great place to go.
I've been seeing Allison for the past three weeks with a case of Runner's Knee. She has been such a help. She is very personable and understanding with me. With her help, I've been able to slowly but surely get back in to running much quicker than I thought I would. Allison is very knowledgeable and explains why she teaches you the stretches she gives you to do. Eventually my goal is to be able to stop PT and get back in to running, but I will miss going to see Allison! She is such a wonderful physical therapist and I would definitely recommend her to family/friends.
I would highly recommend Phoenix in Audubon for a few reasons: 1) Very knowledgeable PT Allison. 2) The staff genuinely cares about your well being. 3) Very friendly environment where both Allisons make it comfortable and easy. 4) Flexible appointment scheduling.
I had a lower back injury, was in agonizing pain, and the staff was extremely responsive and able to schedule 2-3 visits per week to rehab me after 4 weeks.
Allison has taken over the business, and she's doing very well. She helped me rehab from a broken foot and hand, using massage, stimulation, and exercise. The staff is friendly and conversational. After trying several other PT facilities, this one is a keeper!
Five stars aren't enough, and I couldn't say enough great things about Brian Ashton. I was treated by him pre and post-op for FAI correction and Labrum repair of my hip. During the pre-op PT, we focused on getting my body in the best possible shape going into surgery. I was back 2 weeks post-op for the rest of my physical therapy. I was able to make a remarkably fast (and successful) recovery, largely due to the care taken by Brian.
