“I only came in to do a return and off the bat I was greeted by a nice associate at the Pink entrance! Even after letting her know I was simply there to make the return she welcomed me in with the same pleasant attitude. While I was waiting in line another employee had taken me to a separate register in the corner to assist me, awesome attitude! Probably one of the best interactions with retail I’ve had so far.”

“Retro has the basic equipment you need at a reasonable price. Some front desk workers are great, others not very friendly. Update based on Retro response: I think my 4 star rating was on the generous side. If you want to earn the 5th star, try actually performing maintenance on equipment (in particular on the cable machines) and replacing broken equipment in a timely manner (it was 4-5 months for the broken leg extension machine to be replaced). Also consider keeping the gym open later at night or 24/7.”
