Our belongings were well cared for.nNOTHING broke and we have a LOT of glass collectibles 2. The estimate accurately captured the services we needed. The estimate was about $400 more than the services provided. So we paid less than the estimate. 3. The staff were carful and gentle. Shout out to Tyrone who helped us pack. Shout out to Cliff who was in charge of both moves. Shout out to the office for getting us that continuity.”

Units are clean and dry … which seems basic however an experience at another facility in Plymouth Meeting was the opposite. We have 2 units - one indoor and one outdoor and EZ Storage has been very helpful with sizing and flexibility related to auto-pay and other options which make the customer experience very positive!”

“I am so very pleased with my experiences at CubeSmart. Moving is almost always a stressful time. Ms. Sue, one of the store associates was extremely helpful in explaining the process, giving us different options to best suit our needs as a family, and telling us everything we needed to know about our billing. She took out the time and walked us step-by-step through the lease application. She answered all of our questions and was so very nice to us. We really felt like CubeSmart was a safe place to have storage. Sue also explained to us how hard they work to keep our items protected from theft and even acts of God. We also used the loaner truck they offer for new move ins. We saved almost $80 by using their truck instead of a uhaul. “Jensen Movers was outstanding. My wife and I had never used movers before. Throughout our 20’s we had always moved ourselves, but now our parents were older, our friends had kids and it was time for us to grow up and do the “adult” thing. Admittedly, it was tough for me to reconcile paying to have people move things I had moved myself since college. Thankfully, Jensen took away all of my misgivings and anxieties. Their 5-person team not only showed up early, but also were polite, respectful and professional. The foreman, Nick, explained their process to us and then got right to work. The Jensen team carefully and meticulously wrapped our furniture, packed the trucks and off we went to our first home. Upon arrival at our house, then Jensen team wrapped and protected our stairwell and even laid down cardboard to protect our hardwood floors. I was impressed and have no reservations about recommending Jensen Movers. They were absolutely worth every penny.”
