(March 30, 2018, 8:27 am)New to the area and looked up the mechanic with the best reviews locally, which was Point Service. Very happy I did that. Had a major repair and tires replaced. The customer service team was professional and flexible, prices were fair, and most importantly they got back to me promptly. Up front about costs and took the time to answer questions. Highly recommended.
(January 30, 2018, 12:29 pm)My car wouldn't start and I called Point Service Center. I had never dealt with Point before, but was treated as though I had been a customer for years. I thought customer service was rare but Jeremy came to my home in 15 minutes, tested the car's battery, replaced the battery and all while being kind and reassuring. I will be sharing my experience with friends. It's nice to know that there is still caring customer service.

Having worked with dealers in the past has made me apprehensive with getting work done. However, Point Service is a solid place to go- fair prices and quality work is performed. Thanks Jeremy!
