“I recently joined CF Thermal after having moved back into the Philly area. They offer the most evening classes out of any local CF gym and have great programming as well. The coaches are very friendly, understanding of personal limitations, and push you in the right direction when you need that extra ummph to get through the workout. Vinny, the owner, is a down-to-earth guy who not only has your best interest in mind, but makes sure you are getting the most of your membership. He regularly schedules Technique Sessions (barbell club, muscle up clinics, etc.) throughout the month free to all members. Also, if you have a question regarding any type of lift, movement, or ways to improve, Vinny can provide quick, understandable coaching almost any time. The members are very friendly and inviting. Before and after most workouts, members are hanging out. And its not "CF 24/7" conversations. They talk about sports, kids, work, and everything else, which was a great bonus for me. Also, members are willing to work with everyone regardless of their skill level. For example, I might not be able to go Rx on each lift just yet, and that did not stop me from doing a 3-man Team WOD with two of the stronger members without fear of being put down or made fun of that I couldn't go Rx. All in all, I am very happy about joining CF Thermal. I look forward to going to the gym each day.”
