(August 28, 2017, 2:35 pm)Went to celebrate my birthday with them and the experience was AMAZING ! received a lot of help from Brenda who was always willing to answer all my questions. The day of my flight, the crew was great. Stan, our pilot was the man! After it was over, we received souvenirs and some complimentary champagne to finish off the day! Only reason I didn't give them a 5 star was because of the distance. It took me almost 2 hours and a half to get there. Besides that, Great job!
(July 14, 2017, 1:26 pm)This is one top notch company. We flew with them a little less than a year ago. I was surfing around online and realized I never left a review. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everything from the phone service to the pilots and their crew was flawless. We wer canceled 2 times in the afternoon due to weather. The third time we scheduled for the morning and it was well worth the wait. My Mother in-law is disabled and she flew with no issues. The crew helped her in and out of the basket and the in-flight experience was an absolute delight. The best part about the entire experience was the smile on my mother in-law's face when we landed. Anyway, we are thinking of booking another flight this year. There is no doubt in my mind this is the company that you will want to fly with. They really went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me and my family. Thank You!
