“Before buying a whole bunch of faucets and valves for a bathroom renovation, I checked the reviews and was surprised to see a bad review for the customer service. In my opinion, the customer service is really good. I had a (small) problem with a missing part and Maureen did an outstanding job with explanations, ordering a part and shipping it. As for their prices, I did not really compare because they had the design we wanted and as long as it appeared to be a decent market price, it was OK for us. Shipping? Very quick. Overall, we are very happy with this retailer.”

Not only has she been knowledgeable and patient with all our many questions but our puppy loves going there. Dr Baylor clearly loves animals besides being extremely competent, thorough and patient and we never feel rushed at the visits. She’s a great vet who always helps us to feel comfortable with every aspect of living with our new little family member.
