Really great experience learning how to make Pizza, Focaccia and more! The hosts were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. The studio was also very clean and lively! Highly recommend :)

Each class and interaction with Javi at Vituperio is truly a joy. Her instructions in both the sourdough class and croissant class were complete, accurate, and clear. Her recipes are delicious and guarantee success. Being the outstanding teacher that she is, Javi welcomes all questions, clarifies information, and engages students to reinforce learning. She is available after classes conclude for questions as students branch out on their own with baking adventures. Highly recommended!

My family and I took the pizza making class as a part of a fundraiser for the library. The class and instructor were wonderful. The instructor shared ideas for the experienced chef and took her time to explain things and engage the children in the class. We had a blast and it ended with a delicious dinner. It sure will be hard to eat take out pizza now that we have tasted the best!

Outstanding ! Very talented baker instructor with gentler style same great humor. Pizza we made made was terrific and we'll use that recipe again and again! I'll be taking other classes... Very grateful to have such a wonderful resource in our community!
